21-Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge©

The 21 Day Equity Challenge is designed to create dedicated time and space to build more effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership. The daily prompts will raise your awareness, change your understanding and shift the way you think and behave.

Bystander Intervention Training

SFE offers Quarterly Bystander Intervention Training to help individuals in our community learn more about how to respond to potentially harmful situations related to hate, harassment, and racism. There are also a variety of great resources available online for further education (see links at right).
